  Very disappointed.. Once again a takeaway for 4 and a main dish missing happened too many times now.. Was offered the value off my next meal but sorry I won't be returning.. So went to get the meal.. Simon offered no apology or money off just said I'd got my meal now.. No consideration that the rest of the meal was going cold at home.. Very poor customer service

  Disappointed. We were looking forward to a nice mushroom curry and sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style. The sweet and sour chicken was very bland and had no taste, we didn't get a mushroom curry, instead we got mushroom foo young. The chips were over done, bad experience and probably won't return

  Feeling very disappointed tonight after our take away. usually have a lovely meal from here. Was told food would be ready 40 minutes after we called fare enough I get that it gets busy but to arrive and have to sit for another 30 minutes before receiving our order. To then get the order home, having chips that were well over cooked, no taste to the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and mini spring rolls.
